Training Services
The key to any standard and good service is training. Guards must undergo appropriate industry training to perform well. They must be taught what constitutes acceptable industry standard.
We put our guards through rigorous security guarding skills course training preparatory for their duties, (left hand side guards on drill parade, right hand side guards in classroom training).
We offer training also on occupational / health and safety. Companies that operate proprietary guard system can also benefit from our training. Our training is packaged to suit the best practices in companies/industries and organizations.
We offer training services to companies, institutions and corporate organizations that may have the need to improve on the professional duty performance of their staff. Apart from the training that we offer, we also carry out private investigations on fraud, incidents, fires etc. to companies and organizations
Mobile Patrol And Escorts

Manned Security
VCL Security Services provides security officers that are screened and trained to meet the requirements of our clients. Training includes Health and Safety, Fire prevention, Report Writing, Customer Relationship Management Skills and training to meet specific client's requirements.
Security officers are provided with the appropriate security tools and support services from duty shift managers. All security officers are provided with our uniforms consisting of tailored trousers, shirts and mufflers.
Complaints Procedure
Stage 1
Clients are able to advise any VCL Security Services representative that they wish to make a complaint. This could be as making a comment or observation. No matter how informal it may be, the representative will document the details on a complaints report form. If possible, we will rectify problem there and then.
Stage 2
The complaints report form will be passed on to the complaints officer who will send you a letter acknowledging your complaint within 3 working days and perhaps ask you for more information (if necessary) to aid the investigation and it may involve taking statements from the staff involved or it may require a face-to-face meeting.
Stage 3
You should expect a full reply to your complaint, including outcomes of any investigation and intended action, within 14 working days of receipt of the complaint, if any investigation takes longer than 14 days, you should expect regular up-dates, which may be in writing or by telephone.
